At the foot of Elikonas, this unique combination of honey is produced, characteristic of our region. The bees, located at low altitudes, can collect nectar from the thyme of the plain and honeydew from the red fir tree of Elikonas.
The mixture of fir and thyme creates a honey quite viscous, of particular intensity, of medium sweetness with spicy notes of Mediterranean thyme. Its aroma is caramel, its color is dark orange to brown. It rarely crystallizes.
